By placing your order, you are deemed to have understood, consented and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:
PLACEMENT OF ORDER AND PAYMENT
Grazing Tables
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. This secures the date and time of your event. The full payment of the remaining balance shall be made seven (7) business days prior to your event. Payments for the non-refundable deposit and balance may be made either credit card (2% processing fee), bank transfer or in person at the supplier’s business address.
All grazing table bookings require seven (7) days prior notice.
CANCELLATIONS
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order or booking:
GRAZING TABLES:
- If cancelling/postponing outside two weeks / the final payment of your event, your $300 deposit will be held as a credit on file with us OR transferred over to a different date OR can be used on any of our other products including boxes for equal or more value.
- Customers who cancel within 5-14 days of the event (after full payment has been made) will have their deposit held as a credit and the remaining amount will be refunded to your nominated bank account or kept as a credit for future use.
- Customers who cancel within 5 days of the event will forfeit their $300 deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded to your nominated bank account or kept as a credit for future use. This is to cover supplier payments, short life stock purchased and the loss of work.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made within a 40km radius and shall be charged delivery fee depending on the distance.
TABLES: (order set up at location incl picnic platters):
Have a delivery, set up and pick up fee of $70.00 - $150.00 depending on location.
Flatlay table orders will include a 50% discount on the fee.
You are more than welcome to return the boards to us - price will be amended accordingly.
CONSUMPTION / NON-LIABILITY FOR RISK
All products must be consumed within three (3) hours after the grazing table has been set up or from the delivery of platter box / board pursuant to existing government rules and regulations.
Consumption of said products beyond the said period shall be at your own risk.
Peninsula Bay Platters shall not be liable for any resulting damage, injury or sickness whatsoever, whether remote or proximate, for failure to consume the same within said period or for the customer’s failure to take health, safety and hygienic measures in the consumption and handling thereof.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Please be advised that we here at Peninsula Bay Platters take great care in preparing your grazing tables and catering for any special dietary requirements or allergen concerns you may have. However, whilst we have been able to identify which allergens are present our kitchen processes all the main allergens (gluten, nuts, egg, milk, dairy, soy, sesame, sulphite, seafood). Whilst every precaution is taken we cannot categorically state our grazing tables can be made entirely free of any identified allergen therefore the decision to order and consume is completely the responsibility of the customer.
